I’d just like to compliment Kennith Burger on his excellent service Yesterday my car would not start and I didn’t have an appointment for a service however when I got to your service centre Kennith assist me with a smile and assured me that he’ll try his best to sort out my problem. He also communicated with me during the course of the day and this morning when I got there my car was serviced. It is really a pleasure dealing with him and I will refer all my friends and relatives to CMH Toyota Melrose.

I had my Toyota Avensis registration YCY386GP serviced on the 28th April 2011, and take this opportunity to thank Wayne Fortuin and his team for the professional service rendered. I am happy that the overall performance of my motor car has improved to the best that it has ever been because of the attention to detail of the complains listed. Overall, I would rate this as a 9 out 10 experience.
 
Also, thank you to Poelano who sold me an extended warranty and explaining in detail of the product purchased. I appreciate Poelano’s total professionalism, being ethical in advising me appropriately the cover that was required and her in depth knowledge on the various products. Her patience and willingness to explain is exemplary.

I hope that you are well. We wanted to let you know how impressed we are by David's attitude to his clients. We have dealt with him for most of our Avensis' services and each time he has been exceptional-professional, effecient and fun-he's even lovely with our kids when they have been with us. Yesterday the car was booked in for it's 75 000 km service and as always he was a delight. We feel that he is a real asset to the company and always apleasure to deal with.
